The National Drug Unit, as part of the National Drug Council, carries out activities relating to drug prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, public awareness, school programmes, prison programme, one on one and couple counseling, and twice weekly support group meetings.

Teen Challenge Comes to the Turks and Caicos
WIV4’s Nikira John reports on the arrival of members of Teen Challenge, a religion-based organisation that has established rehabilitation centers in 82 countries around the World. United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime
The slogan of the UNODC anti-drugs campaign is "Do drugs control your life? Your life. Your community. No place for drugs." The slogan will be used for three years and focus on different aspects of drug control: drug abuse in 2007, drug cultivation and production in 2008, and illicit drug trafficking in 2009.
